We will process your purchase through PayPal to ensure your highest level of security. Although PayPal will process your payment, shipping services are provided by Evie. After payment processing, orders will be shipped. Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled unless the item is out of stock. If you have a question about availability and processing time for a specific item, please email us before placing your order.
SHIPPING: Orders usually take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Please email us beforehand if you request our products and are not in the United States. For domestic shipping, we charge a $5 flat-fee for all orders. There is a $15 flat-fee for all international orders. International orders can take 1 - 3 weeks to be delivered.
TAX: Customers who are residents of New York state are subject to local sales tax. The tax will be administered in your cart upon checkout.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to take care of your situation. All sale and/or discounted items are FINAL SALE (no exchanges or store credits will be accepted). All returns must be unworn, with tags (if any), in their original condition and packaging.
Certain metals may have a tendency to change color due to its contact with sunlight, water or natural oils. No exchanges or store credits will be accepted on any jewelry due to it changing colors, changing your skin color, or natural ‘wear and tear’. All of the products we sell and promote we stand behind 100%, however we are not able to grant an exchange or store credit on any items that meet this criteria.
